The SuratFit app provides fitness-related information, workouts, and personalized experiences to users.

SuratFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the app.
You agree to indemnify and hold SuratFit, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SuratFit operates.
SuratFit reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the app.

The SuratFit app offers in-app purchases, including but not limited to monthly and yearly subscription plans. These purchases are processed through the respective app store platforms (Google Play for Android and Apple App Store for iOS).
Payment for in-app purchases will be charged to your Play Store or App Store account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscription plans and pricing are subject to change, with proper notification to existing subscribers.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions through the settings of your Play Store or App Store account.
Refunds for in-app purchases will be governed by the respective store’s refund policies. Please refer to the Google Play Refund Policy or Apple App Store Refund Policy for more details.
Users must comply with the age requirements set by both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store to engage in in-app purchases.
Any content or services acquired through in-app purchases are licensed to you, not sold, and are subject to the terms of this agreement and the applicable store policies.
SuratFit reserves the right to modify the terms related to in-app purchases at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the app and, where applicable, through the app stores.
